    Qualification:
    Education - High School
    Years of experience - 2
    Experience in administartive positions preferred. Must be proficient in Microsft Office programs

    Tasks:
    • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation.
    • Record data for each employee such as attendance.
    • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
    • Aid in administering employee benefit programs.
    • Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
    • Gather personnel records from other departments or employees.
    • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
    • Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies.
    • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
    • Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
    • Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability.
    • File/Scan records.
    • Track and schedule training.
    • Ensure internal compliance.
    • Track and prepare performance evaluation documents.
    • Assist in safety committee and policies.
    • Provide back up for general office duties such as answering phones.
    $19-24/hr depending on experience
